At Aura & Ritual, each product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Used or opened products

All purchases made through our website are considered final sale unless they qualify under the damaged or incorrect product conditions mentioned below.


2. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong item in your order

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Images of the outer packaging and shipping label

3. Refund Approval Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product may be shipped, or
  • A refund may be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Non-Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds will not be approved if:

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • The product has been used extensively
  • Insufficient proof of damage is provided
  • Damage occurred due to improper handling after delivery
  • The shipping address provided during checkout was incorrect

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
